Ok so you would think that most DJ's would like to be in the spotlight? Not for Dance Times own Corey Gee being a DJ always meant taking the back seat to a popular Emcee.
However if you actually got to know Corey and made it behind the DJ booth with him for a little you would be surprised at how much he would have to say. And I am sure he would even have given you a little bit of his very own biography:
Corey has spent most of his time either in a recording studio or a DJ booth, as such if you Google him you may find a song or a lyric to his credit but what he is most famous for is dropping the beats as a DJ for Dance Time Entertainment. That's right party after party and beat after beat Corey has kept thousands of people up on the dance floor and up on their feet. Wedding, Mitzvah, Corporate Party or Birthday...Corey has always been the man to rely on. I am sure there are other great DJ's out there and to you I mean no disrespect but for our parties Corey is BEST, he is our man on the mix, behind the scene, even the source of our re-mix!
Corey and I have worked countless weddings and parties together for over 13 years, and I really felt it was time everyone understood how large his role really is with Dance Time! Not only is he is one of our original staff, he is someone the rest of the staff has come to rely on for advice and new innovative ideas. Together with his knowledge of music and years of mixing experience, he has proven to be a true professional of his trade!
So here is a Thank You as well as a Tribute... maybe even some Spotlight! Corey here is to you!
